Product 6: Microsoft PowerPoint Storybook
Click on the screen shot to open up the storybook. **This storybook was intentionally designed without dialogue. As a teacher, I would use this to have my students create their own dialogue and storyline. This product was designed to show my abilities to creatively use PowerPoint to create a storybook that can be used in the classroom. The most difficult part of this project was deciding on a story idea. There were so many things I wanted to do but I knew I had to choose only one. The other difficult aspect was that I kept forgetting to sequence the "actions" of each slide. My favorite thing about this project was playing around with all of the neat options PowerPoint has to offer. I enjoyed browsing all of the sounds and clip art that is available. This entire project was SO MUCH FUN! This type of PowerPoint project can be used in my future classroom to teach creative writing to my students. I can allow them to use this product as a guide for their creative writing papers or I can teach them how to use this program and allow them to create their very own.
