REFLECTION In this project we used Excel and Word. The first product was a graph using Excel. I never knew that I could make pictographs with excel. That is something new I learned. You can probably format it differently. Have a pie chart with some graphics or etc. My favorite part was converting the bars into pictures and also seeing the charts being build so quickly in just a press of a button. The second product was a Mail Merge. The goal was to write a letter to all the students about their grades using the same format, but only changing a few important details such as name, date, class, and grade. We started off with Excel and making a data sheet. Then we made the form letter using Word. Then we combined it to come to the final product. There was nothing difficult about this once you were taught to do it. Probably the most difficult part would be writing the letter. It is hard to figure out what to write. I am so happy to have learned about Mail Merge. . |
