REFLECTION I never new that there was software that could do this! Yes, it was exciting to be introduced to Inspiration and Kidspiration. I used Inspiration on this project because it would suit the age level I plan on teaching, but I do not see a reason why my middle school students could not use Kidspiration if they had a dying need to. Inspiration is a software that students can use to organize information using all sorts of charts. On one of the projects I used a template an information chart on the word Novice. I found it rather easy to use. I had a section for antonyms, synonyms, derivations, and sentences. I also inserted links of where I found the information. One thing I did find to be difficult was adjustment. I took a while to get the lines and arrows just where I wanted them to be so that the circles could be in place as well. I did enjoy however looking for graphics and changing the shape of my circles. The Rapidfire feature was awesome too. It made things happen more rapidly, hence, the name, Rapidfire. So, using Inspiration, I learned that organizing information is not a boring thing it used to be back when I was in grade school. Things have change so much. I think that Inspiration and Kidspiration will and probably has taken the art of organizing information to, as they say, a new level.
